The Greater Kansas City Chapter responds to at least one disaster every 24 hours. Even though some may be larger in scale, all can be devastating to those involved.
In order to get our board members, donors, volunteers and friends the most current and accurate information about local and national disaster, we’ve developed two e-newsletters that will reach your e-mail box in a timely fashion.
We know you want to help, you just the tools and the information.
Our One Minute Update goes out monthly and highlights the amazing feats of our volunteers and clients. It’s also filled with preparedness tips and a personal letter from our Chief Executive Officer, Matt Meyer.
Our e-Response Matters is a special edition e-newsletter that will only go out in when a local disaster has occurred or when a national disaster reaches a certain scale. It’s purpose is to show our donors and friends how our Chapter is helping those affected by the particular disaster and will also give readers a chance to continue their support.
